    PCARS.com stands by the workmanship of the products we sell. If you have received a defective product, please review the manufacturer information included with your new product. If you wish to return it, please contact our Customer Service Department via this Contact Us form.

    We will only accept merchandise for return or exchange provided that it is returned within 30 days of purchase date.

    Product and packaging must be in NEW condition. Merchandise is not eligible for return if an attempt has been made to install it, it is missing items such as booklets, packaging etc.

    You must provide a copy of your invoice and instructions on how you like your return to be handled with the returned parts. (Refund, Exchange, Etc.)

    Returned items must be shipped prepaid. We will not accept C.O.D returns.

    Special ordered items and electrical items are not returnable.

    All "Accepted" items are subject to a minimum 20% handling / restocking fee.

    All item must be approved prior to returning them.  Core returns must be cleaned and in rebuildable condition to be approved for return.  Uncleaned cores are subject to a $10 cleaning fee.
